Sekach (chopper)

Full-size ozh in the oriental style, reminiscent of its outlines of the classic Central Asian “pchak.” Named after one of the most ferocious forest predators, the knife has a powerful shortened blade with an upward-pointing tip, otter legs and a thinly cut cutting edge. The volumetric handle is convenient for holding and force cutting. “Sekach” will always find use for cooking on a hike, hunting or fishing.
